Remove 3 - 11mm bolts that hold air filter housing and carb assembly
Remove the broken spring from the linkage
Install new spring
Reassemble

Removed starter spring assembly.
Moved gas tank and housing aside.
Removed carburetor and cleaned.
Installed air cleaner
Installed rod and springs and reassembled carb.
Reinstalled housing and starter assembly.

3. Attached new throttle control.
4. Removed zip ties one at a time from existing cables
