Removed old parts and installed the new ones in their place. Adjusting the governor arm to the shaft was a bit tricky, but online instructions helped.

All parts received for all of my orders were perfect, with the exception of the governor spring in the most recent order. I tried to use it but it was longer and much heavier d uty than the original. The original was still usable so I put that back in.
