The original wheel (plastic) broke around the center where it fit over the bearing.

1. Removed old pushnut by grasping with pliers and turning counter-clockwise.
2. Slid wheel, with bearings off the axle.
3. Slid new wheel, with new bearings that came with it, onto axle.
4. Positioned new pushnut and tapped into place with hammer.

Easy fix, but very expensive for replacement plastic wheel.
