Generac customer service is not very pleasant
I must say I had a terrible experience try to get a replacement hour meter for my Generac GP 5500 however I stumbled across these guys even though it was backordered for over a month as soon as they got it it showed up on my doorstep thanks to all you guys and gals for following up and making sure I got my part that Generac did not want to send me

Found units 125V breakers breaking after 10 minutes. of usage. Open control panel & found burnt wire connector, which tells me too much power was drawn from to long of drop cords or connecting two 50 ft cords together.
