Drain the gas tank.
Remove the gas tank
Disconnect the fuel line from the tank and the carburetor
Verify that the fuel filter is clean and clear of all obstructions
Connect fuel line to carburetor and fuel tank.

Starts great and runs for a few minutes before it stops. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and it starts immediately and runs for a few more minutes.
They should outlaw ethanol.
