I took the cowling off, then the muffler parts and replaced the screen arrestor and gasket. I had previously replaced the spark plug, the air filter, the fuel filter and the carburetor. ... Read moreI think it is gradually getting back to its old speed range. I also messed with the idle speed. If this doesn\'t work I may take it to a repair shop or junk it. I hate to get rid of it but I need the tool especially in the fall. I get lots of leaves.
