Removed two plastic rivets and the cover slid off. Removed old belt, installed new, didn\'t even have to remove the blade. Spent more time cleaning under the deck than doing the repair.

Remove the front transmission cover. Loosen the screw on the transmission and push it forward. Remove the belt from the transmission pulley Remove the blade. Remove the belt from the drive pulley and pull the old belt out. Slide the new belt to the front of the mower, then put the belt on the drive pulley. and the transmission pulley, Then pull back the transmission and tighten the screw. Put the blade back on and the front transmission cover.

Removed belt cover by hand. Pushed the drive transmission and removed belt. Installed in reverse.
