1. Removed 6 nuts holding collar to the unit. Removed 3 bolts holding the shoot to the upper brace.
2. Removed 6 bolts holding the collar together. Then removed 2 bolts holding collar to shoot.
3. Replaced both sides of the collar to shoot and reconnected the upper bracket to shoot.
