This is a genuine Briggs and Stratton part for use with lawn and garden equipment engines. The breather tube vents air from the engine crankcase. The most common reason for replacing the breather tube is when it is misplaced or broken during a repair. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the breather tube are a Phillips-head screwdriver, 5/16th-inch socket or nut driver.
