Removed and replaced the broken lever with a new one that I purchased at Ereplacement parts.com. Removed 4 torx screws and opened the case to replace the handle. Very simple, self explanatory job.

Lawn mower throttle handle broke, so I needed to buy a new handle.
1. Removed the housing that contains the throttle handle, from the lawn mower handlebar.
2. Removed a few small screws which holds the housing together.
3. Removed the existing broken handle.
4. Inserted the new handle.
