This is for the Lincoln Weldanpower 3000GX with the 9HP Vangard Briggs and Stratton Engine.
For the air filter cartridge and pre-cleaner filter:
1. Remove the cover for the air filter by removing two plastic head bolts.
2. Remove old air filter and place in air filter with the brushes facing the inside of the engine, t hen applying the pre-cleaner filter in the blue holder of the air filter. Make sure to follow the pre-cleaner filter indicated direction(this side up).
3. Close cover by applying the two plastic head bolts.

For the spark plug:
1. Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug.
2. Obtain the correct size of nut driver and remove old spark plug.
3. Apply new spark plug with nut driver.
4. Place back on spark plug wire.
