1) shut off fuel valve
2) drained excess fuel from fuel tank
3) removed the cutting blade
4) removed the bottom half of the drive pulley
5) removed the driven pulley
6) installed the belt around the driven pulley and bolted the driven pulley back in place.
7) installed the half section of the drive pull ey and then the cutting blade back in place.
8) added fuel and checked to verify proper operation.
