Triple checked to be sure it was the water pump and not another problem. Disconnected wand hose at the bottom and ran the water and started the engine and nothing came out so I knew it was the pump. I could not find an exact match to model number but compared the old pump to the picture of the part to be sure. Replacement had a lot of ext ra bolts for various models. Removing bolts with a hex wrench from the bottom is a little awkward but I drained gas and put the pressure washer on a table and that made it much easier. Only three bolts and one simple small hose connection and back in business. This was a no brainer. From now on, I will always have water running before I start the engine and turn off the engine if I am not going to run wand again almost immediately.

Removed the old pump by removing the three bolts holding it to the engine (came off easily).
New pump was tight on the engine shaft and would not seat all the down. Used the longer bolts that came with the replacement pump to pull the unit into place. Tightened evenly around going 2-3 turns per bolt, then on to the next one, then on to the next one until pump was seated.
