Removed Mower deck. Had to remove the deck drive clutch from Motor shaft.
proceeded to pull the drive pulley just low enough to get the new belt onto drive pulley.
after careful examination I decided to slightly bend belt retainer tabs out away from pulley just
enough to slip the new v-belt onto pulley without trying to
... Read moreuse puller. Once the belt was on I carefully bent tabs back to keep belt from jumping off the pulley.
Than I had to remove battery and battery housing under the seat to expose the top of rear axle
and hydro-static gearbox. The plastic fan mounts to the top of the inlet shaft where the drive belt mounts to v-pulley just below the fan. Had to remove existing fan because it was partially torn away from mounting screws. This helps to get the v-belt on over the v-pulley at the rear trans.
