after I held the chain from turning , removed 3 bolts pulled the old wheel replaced with new

2. Removed old worn-out friction wheel.
3. Installed new friction wheel
4. Put cover back on

1. Took bottom cover off
2. Used box end wrench and socket 1/2
3. Removed nuts off wheel
4. Slide old wheel off
5. Put new wheel on
6. Install nuts on
7. Tighten bolts
8. Put cover on
9. Start snowblower and test
