All of the YouTube video very straightforward. Very good tutorial for someone who never did it before. The new rotor cover assembly that I received had no swivel or e -clip. The video does not discuss the removal or replacement of the swivel or E clip. I took the old one off and put it on a new rotor cover assembly. That step would be hel pful to be included in the video. Cleaned up everything put everything back together gassed it up, 2 pulls and it started just fine. Thank you!

Replaced the rotor cover, swivel, e-ring, and o ring on the carburetor for a Echo trimmer. O ring was not even installed on the original carb. The trick was getting the e-ring attached to the swivel. Took about 30 minutes and trimmer started on forth pull. Have used twice since parts replaced and working like new.
Video helped but did not cover swivel replacement. Website very useful as identifying parts by serial numbers of trimmer model. A++
