All of the YouTube video very straightforward. Very good tutorial for someone who never did it before. The new rotor cover assembly that I received had no swivel or e -clip. Replaced the rotor cover, swivel, e-ring, and o ring on the carburetor for a Echo trimmer. O ring was not even installed on the original carb. The trick was getting the e-ring attached to the swivel. Took about 30 minutes and trimmer started on forth pull. Have used twice since parts replaced and working like new.
