This is an authentic Shindaiwa replacement part manufactured for use with trimmers, and brush cutters. The red plastic air filter cover has slots that fit over the tabs on the air filter base, and the cover is secured using a thumbscrew. This air filter cover is only the plastic shell, the thumbscrew, and washer are available separately, or as part of the cover assembly part number: A232000640. This air filter cover is sold individually.
