Previous pivot arm broke

1. Removed old part. Took retaining nut off wheel.
2. Attached new part with height adjystnent plate, adjustment arm, and new pivot arm and tightened.
3. Put wheel on axle and tightened retaining nut.

Note: discovered pivot arms had been assembled in reverse, had to order left arm to achieve same mower height. At least I have both if other one breaks. Basically a $13 part saved replacing a mower.

Front wheel pivot arms had wallowed out causing wheels to wobble

Removed and replaced the old wheel pivot arms. Very simple to complete and no special tools or skills required!!

Pivot stud on assembly disconnected, wobbly

Remove the bolt that holds the height adjustment plate and the lever & knob assembly. and remove old pivot arm and install the new one. Then reassemble pieces and tighten the bolt.
