Removed the plastic back/base
removed the plastic pins that holds straps
removed all parts that needed replacing and reassembled

Harnesses were torn up . Padding was gone. Blower looked like junk.

Simply removed all the damaged parts and replaced them with the new parts. It was quick and easy, and it makes the blower look like a new unit.
