The clutch assembly is a complete part kit that includes the clutch shoes, the spring, and bolts. This item expands within the clutch drum when the throttle is increased to rotate the drive cable. The clutch contracts when the motor idles to prevent the cable and trimmer head from rotating. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.
