1 removed spark plug wire.
2 removed top cowling.
3 removed 4 t-type bolts
4 removed old assembly.
5 replaced all of the above in reverse order.

Used my Alen wrench and took it apart and re assembled same way. Made sure everything was nice and snug.

Removed pull rope replaced it and replaced some older parts. New parts worked like a champ she sounds amazing. Basically removed bolts holding it and replaced it

The notch holding the recoil spring in the housing was worn so the spring would not stay in place

I bought the whole new recoil assy. Replacing it only required removing and installing 4 screws. Could not be simpler.
