Removed two covers.
Split machine, 6 bolts.
Removed driven belt and pulley.
Loosened augers shaft, 4 bolts.
Pulled drive shaft, gear box, and augers with shaft forward.
Removed both augers, snap ring, and 1 bolt each side.
Reversed the procedure. Generously lubed all bearing surfaces.

As an added job I got a new starter rope at a local hardware store and installed that, 2 screws.
