The first two digits are the year of manufacture for the engine, the second four digits are the month and day. So for example, Used Before Code Date 15030900 would mean that this part was used for engines produced before March 9th of 2015. Your engine may have a different date code but the first two numbers would always indicate the year of manufacture. For the model number you have provided, the carburetor used for models produced prior to July 1st 2018 (code date 18070100) is part# 799584, and the carburetor used after June 30, 2018 (code date 18063000) is part# 84002107.
