1. Positioned lawn mower onto right side
2. Disconnected flat idler pulley spring with pliers
3. Disconnected pulley belt
4. Removed broken flat idler pulley
5. Installed the new part (pulley)
6. Replaced the parts removed in order to get to the idler pulley

Had to drop deck to access the pulley
Installed the new screw through the pulley
Tightened the nut to hold the pulley
Placed the belt on the pulley
Installed the deck to the mower

took off rear right wheel and removed nut holding the flat Idler pulley replaced it with the new one replaced nut.
