Removed deck from mower and replaced bolt and two springs, along with some other parts . Mower works great now .

tension pulley wasn\'t connected to mowing deck and unable to engage blades

Had to use punch and hammer to knock old broken bolt out of pulley. Replaced bolt to connect pulley to deck and replaced belts. Reconnected mowing deck to belly of lawnmower and job complete and ready to test drive.
