This OEM fuel tank assembly is made out of Plastic and it includes the fuel lines, fuel cap, and fuel filter. It is a common part in gas trimmers that is used to hold the fuel needed for the engine. It is very important to replace the fuel tank if it is cracked or damaged to avoid further damage or serious injuries. Make sure to drain the gas tank before starting a repair.

Simple Screwdriver Repair
Direct fit replacement, works perfectly. Two screws out and back in, hooked up the lines. Swapped gas out of the old tank, primed the engine and was back to work on the yard. Thanks!

Exactly what I needed.
The picture on your web site was very helpful. The cost of this gas tank was less than the cost of the brand name recommended gas tank. Thanks again.

Easy inexpensive repair
Real easy to install. I only needed the fuel lines. But, I found that the tank replacement was cheaper than buying the fuel line from a local big box store. The shipment was fast.

String Trimmer / Edger almost impossible to start and keep running
Following the instructions I found here, I removed and replaced the fuel tank and carburetor. Whole thing took about 20 minutes. Pumped the fuel bulb, Pulled the rope, and there I was, Master of the Universe! Awesome.... Only thing that was remotely tricky was caring for the paper gasket under the carb. Used an exacto knife to slide

I tried to clean the carburetor out, with no luck. Gas trimmer would start, but would die shortly after starting. I ordered a new carburetor and o-ring, fuel tank which included new fuel lines and filters, and a new spark plug. I also purchased, not through this site, a set of carb adjustment screw drivers. Removal and installation of
... Read more the new parts took about 10 minutes. Trimmer fired up right away, but didn\'t run properly. After making a few adjustments on the carburetor, with the proper tools, trimmer runs like new. Saved myself a good amount of money, because if this didn\'t work, I was ready to throw it in the trash and get a new trimmer. Carburetor through this site was a factory direct replacement of the original carb I pulled off the trimmer. Could have saved a few bucks buying from another site, buying a knockoff carburetor on Amazon. You will get a genuine Walbro, like was installed from the factory, for your trimmer. Would definitely recommend if your having the same issues I was experiencing. Getting a set of carburetor adjustment screwdrivers was key to making this happen. They are fairly cheap, got a set of 8 for about 18 bucks. If you don\'t want a set, you will need a single d screwdriver to make adjustments. My project was on a Troy-Bbilt TB-22EC trimmer.

Trimmer would only run on full choke and tank was cracked
Remove the two screws holding the tank to the unit. Remove the fuel lines and remember where they are connected. Then remove the tank and install the new one. To install the new carburetor. Remove the air filter cover and the air filter. Remove the two screws holding the carburetor to the engine and remove the throttle. Then remove the ol

Very easy, parts were an exact fit. Two screws were removed to replace carburetor and two more screws were removed to replace the gas tank. Very happy with the replacement parts. will use eReplacement again.
Removed 4 bolts and installed new parts. One throttle line easily unhooked, then hooked into new carburetor. Found ethanol free gas at local marina (boats use ethanol free gas). Totally easy fix that would have cost $80 plus parts, and only cost just over $20.
