Pivot mechanism was frozen (rust). Cleaned and polished it with sandpaper and lubed it thoroughly. Bolts not broken- just got the parts in case originals broke. Lubed all springs and moving parts and it works fine.

Shoulder screw fellout during mowing.

Ordered & replaced the shoulder screw. It took longer to get the tools together than it did to replace the screw. The only tools needed were a 3/8\" ratchet wrench & a 15mm 3/8\" drive socket.
