This component is available for individual purchase. The flanged bearing is also included with the wheel (581199701). A socket set is often helpful for the removal and repair.

Worn bearings flanges

Remove the bolt and nut of the wheel pull out the spacer take a hammer and punch and knock out the bearing retainer reassemble in reverse order.

Left front wheel bushings were worn & causing blade to cut shorter leaving an obvious cut line

Removed left front wheel using an impact gun, taking a few seconds, placed the wheel on an open vise, used a large flathead screwdriver to alternately punch out the old bushing with firm pops of the hammer on opposing sides of each bushing to remove them, then placed the wheel on a flat surface with each new bushing in place on the wheel, placed a short piece of 2x4 on top bushing striking it with the hammer, reinstalled the wheel, and the issue was fixed. Thanks e- replacement for such a timely delivery, it made a big difference.
