Removed holding bracket, then removed idler pulley. Installed new pulley, re-attached holding brackets.
Before removing brackets and pulley, make sure to note special placement of washers.

Auger would not turn when ever was engaged

1. Removed 5 bolts on belt cover
2. Putting a wrench on the nut on the idler pulley bolt I loosened the bolt and removed the idler pulley bearing sleeve.
3. Putting the bolt through the new beating with the side not sticking out that is raised I threaded the bolt back on the engagement arm. Then tightened the bolt and nut.
