This is an authentic OEM component from Husqvarna. The throttle control is composed of metal and plastic, and is compatible with several chainsaw models. This feature is fastened to the fuel tank assembly handle, allowing the operator to manage the amount of fuel going to the engine. A screwdriver and a wrench set are needed for the proper installation. The throttle control is sold individually.

Replace throttle trigger

1. Remove screw in handle and hex screws loosening handle.
2. Try to remove trigger, but fail, not enough room to get trigger out.
3. Go read chainsaw manual to find out how to get the trigger out. This should have been no. 1.
4. Remove 5 hex screws separating gas tank section from engine section. DonÆt be fearful, this is easy if you follow the manual.
5. Pull the handle apart slide out the broken trigger, put in the new one.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.
7. Should have been 30 minutes, if IÆd read manual first.
