1. Elevated my snowblower.
2. Using my power drill and hex bit, removed the cover screws and cover.
3. Removed the old belt, installed the new belt and checked the clearance on the clutch.
4. Reinstalled the cover and screws.
5. Put the blower back down on ground level and used it to blow some snow!

Remove the side cover
Press down on the front of the idler arm to release the belt tension
Remove the belt
Install new belt, while pressing down on the idler arm
Install the side cover
