Found it!
I always used the "cell phone holder" on my old Husqvarna to hold my Fiskars garden shears (They are a perfect fit! I don't know about other brands of shears.). That made them very handy to clip low hanging new growth branches as I cut the yard. Unfortunately there wasn't a holder on my new Husqy. So I decided to add one. eReplacementParts was the only place I could find one and it was at a decent price too!

Needed a \"holster\" to carry my garden clippers with me on my new Husqvarna mower.

1. Found a spot on the steering cowl where the \"holster\" would fit but would be out of the way.
2. Used the rotary tool with a mini-saw blade to cut an upside down \"T\" shaped hole (like the hole on my old Husqvarna mower where the phone holster was).
3. Drilled a pilot hole in the phone holster and in the steering cowl for a short medium-diameter screw.
4. Inserted the prongs on the back of the phone holster into the upside down T shaped hole and screwed in a short medium-diameter screw (with a lock-washer) to hold the holster firmly on the steering cowl
5. Inserted the clippers into the holster and looped a short ball bungee cord over the clippers to keep them from bouncing out.
