The \"safety bail\" on the handle is connected to the engine on Weedeater & Husquarvna mowers. The cable rusts and prohibits the engine from starting (turning over). The cable is simply disconnected at both ends, and replaced. The problem is immediately fixed. A $15 fix instead of buying a $250 mower!

Break cable stretched out over the years, mower wouldn\'t start
1. Using pliers, opened throttle all the way and secured open with a zip tie.
2. Removed seized throttle cable from side of engine and throttle bar.
3. Installed new throttle cable on engine and connected to throttle bar.
4. Removed zip tie that was holding throttle open.
5. Test function.
