Had to remove front axle and front assembly both tires spindles left and right then had to break down each tire and inflat it reinstall lube the hardest was inflating the tires very tuff lol all in was not bad of a repair just wish the axle was stronger made . Removed old tire and replaced it with new one using two large screwdrivers to pry the tires.

With difficulty, needed heat to reshape tires, they were partially oval since they were taped for what seems to be a long time. They were not round tires anymore when I got them.
