Long Wait Time
I ordered parts for my Husqvarna chain saws in November 2019. On the ereplacementparts.com website all item showed shipping with 5-8 business days. Parts arrived this week; 3rd week in January, almost 2 months out.
I called on order several times, because my parts were needed to finish a lot clearing job. ereplacementparts.com held up the whole order due to one back ordered rubber bumper. Like many of my other suppliers that take a pro-active approach to order shipping, ereplacementpart.com should have realized a separate order should have been created for the back ordered item.
They finally did that upon my request 6 weeks in. They were quick in one respect; charged my credit card the full amount upon order acknowledgement. Also charged me extra shipping costs for the one back ordered item. You asked for a review, here it is. I will need more parts in the future; let's see if ereplacementparts.com steps up with a modest credit.

1. Took the chain and bar off.
2. Removed the spark plug cover and spark plug.
3. Put a rope into the cylinder to keep the crankshaft from moving (important).
4. Used a socket wrench to remove the nut holding the clutch assembly.
5. Remove/inspected all parts in this area including the dust cover.
6. Replaced
... Read more the dust cover and then reassembled the clutch.
7. Installed the chain and bar assembly.
8. Removed the rope from the cylinder and replaced the plug and cover.
9. Replaced the rubber gaskets on the oil and gas plugs
10. Started and ran chainsaw to insure everything was working properly
