This is an original part from Husqvarna. The coupling is made for use with many chainsaws, and is sold individually. The plastic coupling helps to secure the screw and puller unit to the housing assembly. A screwdriver and an Allen wrench are most often needed for making the replacement.

Chain tensioner "keeper" is great
A helluva lot cheaper than an entire OEM tensioner (the Cheap Chinese ones are hollow and break). Large enough to hold in place by well. Sometimes a tiny inexpensive part is a huge work saver. This one actually is. I buy them and use them on all the Husky saws I touch. Never lose time to a loose or list tensioner again.
