Bar oiler on chain saw stopped working

Parts Used:
43700239130
Remove covers on both sides of saw, and bar / chain
Remove spark wire and spark plug;
put piece of nylon string in cylinder to aide removal of clutch
Remove clutch, clutch housing and needle bearing. Note: Clutch is reverse thread to remove
Remove screws on oiler assembly.
Remove oiler assembly, and both bla ck tubes
Place tubes on new oiler assembly and install
To reassemble, reverse order. Note: you might start saw to make sure oiler is working before replacing bar, chain, and covers. Be safe
