Removed the auger assembly, replaced the above parts, the starter rope assembly is gone, have to use electric starter now. Removed the bottom cover, then 4 nuts holding auger to drive section, removed the old bearing, installed the new one. Replaced the belts. Motor still runs very nice. You know the rule \"you never need the tool you hav e\" having the snowblower in the shed means we never get any snow.

V-belt, Took the two top bolts out to separate the auger from the main frame. I just tilted the main frame away from the auger front unit. Keeping the two bottom bolts in place. I placed a piece of wood under the handle to keep it from falling all the way down. This was pretty easy to do.
Rope pulley, I just took off the housing for the recoil, Three screws. Then I rewound the coil all the way. Then backed off till the 2 holes lined up with each other. Used a thin screw driver to keep it from moving. Then thread the rope through and tied a knot. cut the excess off with a pair of scissors.
Same thing for the handle.
I hope this helps some one doing a repair. It took about 30 minutes combined for both repairs.
