This is an authentic Toro replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with walk-behind lawnmowers. The plastic pivot stop attaches to the upper handle and is used prevent the control bail from pivoting too far and breaking the cable. This item is available as an individual replacement part.

Took screw\'s from drive cover over spring and clutch unhooked spring, pulled spring through cover then replaced spring through cover and hooked back on lever put screws, back in cover threaded cable up the handle and re attached to swing handle.
Next I installed brake cable making sure cable was on
