Tension pulley wore out and popped off. Replaced all on deck while repairing the one.

Hardest part was reaching between deck and mower frame. But was less time consuming than dropping and pulling deck out. Used pliers to unhook tension spring then removed pulleys. Similar step to replace.

deck well shoulder bolt broke and I damaged the deck wheel

1. raised unit off the ground with electric ceiling mounted lift.
2. removed old belt and installed new belts
3. removed new parts from package.
4. Applied grease to shoulder bolt,
5. Put the new shoulder through deck wheel, installed nut and tighten.

Deck Leveling Problem

I ordered the parts and received the correct parts on time from ereplacement parts. They always send me the right parts. I changed out the parts because some of them were worn out. After replacing and adjusting the level, my cut was still uneven. I discovered that the support rod that lifts and lowers the deck had come out of its sock et. I ended up having to use a Ratchet strap to slightly bend the bar so that I could position it back in the slot. Now, along with the new parts, my deck is level!!!
