I removed all broken or worn out parts.
Next I cleaned all surfaces of product with non abrasive solvent
Re installed all cables and rusted parts with new parts from ereplacements and now my snow thrower is a beast again. Thanks
removed temporary fix (nut and bolt) then snapped new part in place making sure ring lined up with axle.
