Remove the bolts and washers from the old impellers
Remove the old impellers
Install the new impellers with the bolts and washers
Removed the nut and screws from the old scraper
Replace with the new nuts and same screws and attached the new scraper

1. Unable to remove rusted nuts (3)even with penetrating oil
2. Tried a nut splitter but it kept slipping off the nut
3. Used hacksaw to remove rusted nuts
4. Replace with new nuts/bolts
