Prop up the front bucket with a wood block.
Remove the five nuts from the bolts.
Remove the bolts and replace the new scraper blade.
Flip the old blade over and place it on the bottom of the the bucket and attach with new 5/16ö carriage bolts and nuts. Sandwiching the bottom of the bucket between the new and old scrap

Then flip the shoes on the sides and call it a day.
