1. Removed the screws to access the controls.
2. Used my volt meter to check circuits.
3. Found an open circuit on the thermal fuse.
4. Installed a jumper to bypass the fuse to make sure that was the problem.
5. Put the panel back on and started the dishwasher. Pushed the drain and cancel button to empty the basin.
6. Ordered new part and installed it when it arrived a few days later. Works great now.
