Exchanged old for new parts. Easy as it was only a bottom plate and snap in chip deflector.

Replaced broken router plate

Remove screws in cover plate, then remove what is left of it. Place new cover plate on base and screw cover place to base. I inserted 1/4 inch drill bit into the collet to center the cover plate. Attached missing chip deflector in base.
