I first inleted the space I needed to fit the plate into on the extension on my table saw. I then cut out the middle section. I installed the plate and then the router. Works like a charm.

Just replaced the part. The router insert had three tabs that held the insert in the router table. The tabs were broken, due to user error, and the insert was replaced.

Purchased a new Bosch router for my home made router table. Purchased the Bosch adapter plate and installed it in the table. Used the router to cut out the 3/8\" deep insert to drop in the plate. Place the insets into the table when you need them. Remove the guard and replace the worn spacers.
