Great Parts but pray they don’t screw up your order
My original order was for duplicates of four different parts for my Bosch planer. I was initially so glad that they had the parts. To ensure I didn’t mess up the order I called Customer Support and placed the order by phone. All the parts were available so I looked forward to receiving them. Weeks passed and all I received was one package with one item I ordered. So I started calling and emailing. After months of the above I only received one HSS blade set and two clamping jaws. Eventually they simply refunded the money for remainder of my order. A major problem with ordering from this company is theirs Customer Service which is staffed apart from their warehouse staff. Communication between the two seems to be a major issue if somthing goes wrong with an order. So great parts but pray they don’t somehow screw your order up cause if they do you could spend months like I did trying to get it straightened out and still not get all the parts you need.

1. Loosen the two torx screws for one of two blade holder
2. Remove blade.
3. Remove the two torx screws for the blade holder.
4. Remove blade holder which exposes the two torx screws that hold the clamping jaws. Be careful not to lose the spring washers.
5. Remove clamping jaw assembly that contains two part

6. Reassemble by following the reverse of disassembly steps. Cutting blade has a groove that locks to the blade clamp for a fixed height.
7. When the cutter head is reassembled and if needed disassemble the other cutter head.
