Bosch 1297DK Sander Grips again!
The Bosch 1297DK front clamp for the 1/4 sheet of sandpaper grips again. The replacement Rubber Bar did the trick. Easy install is to slide one end on the clamp and then really stretch it to slide it on the other end of the clamp. Done!

front rubber bar was stretched not holding the paper in place. The new rubber bar is working properly.
Positioned the rubber bar over the metal bar, placed one end of the rubber bar over the metal bar and stretched the rubber bar onto the entire metal bar to cover the entire metal bar.
