Unplug the sander before working on it.

Remove phillips head screws, take old pad off, insert new pad & reinstall screws.

Rubber bar must be stretched over metal plate; one must hold down the open button. It takes patience since the rubber bar must fit around all edges of the metal plate.

Replacing t he sander pad & rubber bar is done.

front rubber bar was stretched not holding the paper in place. The new rubber bar is working properly.

Positioned the rubber bar over the metal bar, placed one end of the rubber bar over the metal bar and stretched the rubber bar onto the entire metal bar to cover the entire metal bar.

The front clamp would not hold the sandpaper in place.

Hook one end of the rubber piece onto the clamp and stretch it (a lot) and hook it on the other side.
