Took belt cover off. Removed belt. Removed the 2 motor brushes. Removed the screws that hold motor and planer barrel in place and removed the whole unit in one piece. Slid out deflector pipe, slid in new deflector pipe and reassembled.
Removed keft and right covers, remove brushes, slide armeturw out, slude old deflector pipe out, slide new pipe in and reverse process, install armeture, then brushes, then covers.
