Pull out armature and brush holder out of coil.
Replace carbon brushes.
Put armature and brush holder back in to coil.
Replace motor cover and all Screws

Removed cover on top.
Removed end cover and pulled out to get to wires and removed screw holding wires.
Removed end with winding and replace brushes.
Installed everything in reverse.
Plugged power cord in and squeezed the switch. Motor operated properly.
